The breakfast was warm with good coffee and had everything you could want. Perfect location in downtown, close to Isaac Theatre Royal.- Very close to the Wine Bar, shops and food, and Cathedral Square, the centre of Christchurch.

The room here is well-kept and nicely decorated, equipped with a work desk, a coffee/tea maker, and a television with satellite channels, and the staff are very friendly.

During our stay, we found the Crowne Plaza to be conveniently located in the heart of the city. We enjoyed being within walking distance of shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The availability of parking just behind the hotel was also a plus, especially for a reasonable fee of $15. As someone with dietary restrictions, I was pleased to discover gluten-free options at the breakfast buffet. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. Additionally, the hotel had a nice bar in the lobby area. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room is large and well furnished. The bathroom's big too. The bed is very comfortable. Everything was clean and in order.

We had a really comfortable stay at this hotel, especially in our executive suite. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown, just a 10-minute walk. There is a great dining option nearby, called the Permit Room, which is only a 5-minute walk away.
